Top 10 Monster Tamer Anime. We have ourselves a rather quirky list today, guys. It’s about a few enemies where the protagonist teams or befriends monsters in some way, shape, or form.
Let’s see how many types of these have you already watched. As always, my goal with these blogs is to continuously stuff your to-watch anime list, and hopefully, this blog won’t be any different. Well then, how about we just get right into it?
Number 10 of Monster Tamer Anime: Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill.
At number 10, we have an anime that may or may not have been released yet, depending on when you watch this blog, but it is relevant enough for it to already be in this blog. We’re talking about Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill.
That’s the title. What happens is that four people are summoned to a world to save it from an incoming threat. 27-year-old Makoda is among them, but as it turns out, his presence is an accident. They don’t need a fourth hero, so he sets out by himself to explore this new world.
And before long, he discovers that the dishes he can create are a rare anomaly in this world. Even a monster such as a legendary wolfenrir was domesticated after eating his food.
This realization leads him to starting a new career as an adventurer who goes around and cooks meals for the populace of this world. A refreshing premise if I must say so myself.
Number 9 of Monster Tamer Anime: The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made.
The protagonist of Fruit of Evolution used to be a short, ugly, and fat loser. And still, when his class is going on a trip to another world, and everyone is supposed to go in pairs, there is no one who pairs up with him.
In the end, he’s sent to an uninhabited region of this new world, where all he does for the first five months is try and survive. Sooner than later, he faces off against a gorilla monster.
She ends up falling in love with him. The gorilla cooks food for him, tells him about the world, and always patiently awaits his return. And guess what? When the gorilla dies in trying to save him, he somehow manages to not only revive her but also change her appearance to that of a girl. Come on.
Number 8 of Monster Tamer Anime: Kemono Michi: Rise Up.
Next up, we have a professional wrestler who is ready to destroy his opponent for the world champion belt. But before he knows it, he finds himself in a different world altogether.
There was still some adrenaline left in his system, and so when the prince tells him how she wants him to take care of monsters, the man replies by knocking her out with a German suplex. That’s right, this guy is an animal lover. Wait, let me rephrase that. This guy is a hardcore animal lover, and now that he’s in this fantasy world, his goal is to capture and become friends with as many monsters as he can. Yeah.
Number 7 of Monster Tamer Anime: Beast Tamer.
Beast Tamer is the most recent anime on this list. The story takes place in a world that is full of all sorts of wonderful and fantastic beasts. Unfortunately, since people like to flaunt their abilities, many of the beasts are on the brink of extinction.
Luckily, our protagonist isn’t one of them. After he’s betrayed by an alleged hero, he meets a rare Cat spirit and sets out on his journey to become a Pokemon Master. Wait, I mean he sets out to become a beast tamer.
Number 6 of Monster Tamer Anime: By the Grace of the God.
Moving on, we have a slime Tamer. This story follows a guy named Ryoma. In his previous life, he was subjected to all sorts of mental and emotional torture. Nothing in life ever worked out for him, and then he ends up dying because of a sneeze. Fortunately, his death gives him a visa to another world.
He starts off in a forest, befriends some slimes, and even creates new species of slimes, and continues a rather peaceful lifestyle until one day when he’s visited by someone from a noble family.
Now, will he continue living in the forest, or perhaps he also seeks out to go and explore the world? .
Number 5 of Monster Tamer Anime: Seton Academy: Join The Pact.
Imagine going to a school where almost everyone is an animal in one way or another. That is the story of a guy named Jin Mazama. He’s a guy who hates animals, but the school he goes to has nothing but animals.
Wolf girls, cat girls, even a hyena girl. He has to handle them all. That’s pretty good, of course. Thankfully, there is another human girl whose existence keeps him from going insane, but is a normal relationship even possible in these circumstances? Oh, awesome.
Number 4 of Monster Tamer Anime: Monster Musume. Every Day Life with monster girls.
Alright, imagine a harem of monster girls in a world where intimacy is forbidden between species. Our protagonist named Kimihito Kurusu lives a rather unusual life. His parents aren’t in the country, but he isn’t alone at home. At first, it was just one, but soon enough, he’s a caretaker of all these monster girls from different races.
The sexual tension is definitely over 9000, but if he doesn’t want to get into trouble with the FBI, he must make sure that nothing sketchy happens between him and the girls.
Only that’s easier said than done, so let’s just watch and see what happens.
Number 3 of Monster Tamer Anime: Black Summoner.
Imagine you get the chance to live a new life in another world, but for some reason, you decide to forfeit all of your previous memories. That’s right, you want to start this New Life without any recollection of who you are or where you are from.
Well, that’s what the protagonist of this anime does. Kelvin just gives up his memories for the sake of an S-Class Summoner title and other overpowered abilities. Plus, he also wishes for the goddess to be his partner, even though he’s going to forget this habit. He knows he’ll just fall for her all over again. That’s right, my man has top-tier Rizza.
Number 2 of Monster Tamer Anime: Book of Friends
Book of Friends is a therapeutic anime about a boy named Natsume who has the ability to see monsters. Of course, nobody ever believes him when he tells them, but when a cat spirit tells him about his grandmother and the book she created, that tsume’s life is going to take a somewhat uncanny shift.
Honestly, guys, not much I can say about this masterpiece. The anime its greatness can only be understood by experience. It just warms your heart.
Number 1 of Monster Tamer Anime: “That time I got reincarnated as a slime.”
Just like “Overlord,” “That time I got reincarnated as a slime” is also one of those main faces of the isekai genre. The story is about the corporate employee who died while his friend was showing off his girlfriend, but as the title implies, he gets reincarnated as a slime. Except his slime existence allows him to literally absorb or mimic anything and everything.
After befriending a legendary dragon, the man sets out on a journey that will soon leave him developing his Empire where there is Unity between all Races.
